A dietary supplement containing electrolytes: sodium, potassium, magnesium, and chloride, as well as vitamin C, ginseng, L-carnitine, and guarana. Once prepared, these effervescent tablets create a hydration solution, suitable for physical activity and hot weather.

Preparation method:

Dissolve 1 tablet in a glass (200ml) of cool water. It is recommended to take 3 tablets daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Acidity regulator: citric acid; sodium bicarbonate; magnesium lactate; bulking agent: sorbitols; calcium carbonate; potassium citrate; potassium chloride; L-ascorbic acid; L-carnitine tartrate; flavourings; anti-caking agents: polyvinylpyrrolidone, polyethylene glycol; sweeteners: cyclamates, saccharins; colour: riboflavins; guarana fruit extract (Paullinia cupana); ginseng root extract (Panax ginseng CA Meyer); pyridoxine hydrochloride. The product may contain lactose (from milk).
