Ingredients
Alpha galactosidase, beta galactosidase, caraway ( carum carvi ).
Gluten- free and lactose- free.
How to use
Take 1-2 tablets before main meals or before foods containing lactose and indigestible carbohydrates. The tablets can be taken with water, chewed, or dissolved in the mouth.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
