Recommended daily dose

Dissolve the contents of the sachet in 200 ml of cold/wet drinking water, mix well until the powder dissolves (approximately 30 seconds) and drink immediately. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of 2 sachets per day (= 2 individual doses). Slight discoloration during mixing is normal.
