Recommended daily intake

Adults and children from 3 years of age: 1 capsule after a meal or between meals, with a glass of liquid (water recommended).

In case of difficulty swallowing and for use in children under 6 years of age, open the capsule and pour its contents into a small amount of drink or food at room temperature.
