Properties:
- also known as Epsom salt or magnesium sulfate, bitter salt is a solid white mineral with a varied range of uses;
- bitter salt baths can contribute to the relaxation of the nervous system, to the relaxation of muscle and osteoarticular pains, to remineralization, cleaning and toning of the skin.
Way of ussage:
Add 1-2 glasses of bitter salt to a tub of hot water, mix well until dissolved.

Magnesium sulfate heptahydrate
Precautions:
It is not used as a bath in the case of skin with injuries and open wounds, nor in the case of severe inflammations, skin infections or burns.
Do not ingest, avoid contact with eyes.
