Eucalyptus essential oil contributes to maintaining the health of the immune system by acting against microorganisms.

Properties:
Supports the normal functioning of the respiratory system;
Helps with respiratory discomfort in case of cold, whooping cough and cough;
It has a soothing and pleasant effect on the throat, pharynx and vocal cords;
It is soothing for the oral cavity and helps with throat and pharynx irritation.

Mode of Use:
Internal use: 3-5 drops 3 times a day, after meals, in honey or on a piece of bread or, preferably, on the recommendation of the specialist consultant. It is consumed for 7-14 days.
External use:

• • Massage on the skin: 5 drops diluted in 10ml base oil;
  • Inhalations: add 4-5 drops to a liter of hot water or bath water;
  • Aromatic baths: Disperse 5-6 drops in the water of a bathtub.

Precautions for Use:
Eucalyptus oil can cause severe irritation to the skin and mucous membranes if applied undiluted.
Not to be consumed by pregnant or lactating women.
Avoid contact with eyes, inside ears and sensitive areas.

Contraindications:
The use of Eucalyptus oil must be stopped 2 weeks before surgery.

Adverse reactions:
Eucalyptus oil overdose causes stomach pain and burning, dizziness, muscle weakness, feeling of suffocation, miosis (reduction of pupil diameter), nausea, vomiting, diarrhea. If unpleasant manifestations occur, contact your doctor or pharmacist.
Drug interactions: Eucalyptus oil may interfere with antidiabetic medication and may cause difficulty in controlling blood sugar during and after surgery.
