Description
Dietary supplement based on standardized chasteberry extract for menstrual cycle regularity. Contains bamboo extract, zinc, and selenium, which contribute to the maintenance of healthy hair and nails and protection from oxidative stress. A source of vitamins and minerals that support physiological hormonal balance. Helps reduce tiredness and fatigue thanks to the presence of iron, folate, pantothenic acid (vitamin B5), vitamins B12, and B6.
The magnesium present in the formulation contributes to normal muscle and psychological function.

Ingredients
Maca (Lepidium meyenii Walp.) root extract tit. 1% glucosinolates, magnesium oxide, chaste tree (Vitex agnus-castus L.) fruit extract tit. 0.5% agnusides, ferrous fumarate; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; bamboo [Bambusa bambos (L.) Voss] surculi extract tit. 70% silicon, zinc sulfate, vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), magnesium bisglycinate, L-selenomethionine, manganese gluconate, PABA (para-aminobenzoic acid), pantothenic acid (D-pantothenate, calcium), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), thiamine (thiamine hydrochloride), folic acid [(6S) 5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid, glucosamine salt], microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, calcium carbonate.

How to use
It is recommended to take two tablets a day, swallowed with a little water.
