Indications for use:

• dyspareunia (recurrent or persistent genital pain during sexual intercourse; pain during sex)
• vaginismus (vaginal muscle spasms)
• scarring after episiotomy or tearing of the perineum following gynecological surgery
• during and after radiotherapy / chemotherapy
• after vaginal surgery with vaginal reduction and scarring
• lichen sclerosus and atrophic lichen vulvae

Quick instructions for use:

Before use, moisten the vaginal opening and dilator with lubricant.

Exercises begin by inserting the smallest dilator into the vagina and leaving it in place for a few minutes. If insertion of a given size dilator is possible without pain, the vagina has stretched enough to allow for the use of a dilator one size larger.

The exercises should be performed in a sitting or lying position, depending on the patient's preference.

Stretching exercises should be performed daily unless your doctor tells you otherwise.

If painless insertion of the largest dilator is possible, sexual intercourse may be considered.

Cleaning:

FEMILA vaginal dilators are intended for use by a single patient.
After use, wash the dilators with warm water and mild soap and dry them.
