Dried, crushed wild garlic leaf (Allium ursinum L.) – 100%.

Recommended daily intake
Adults: 1 tablespoon (1.5 g) twice daily. Pour 1 cup (250 ml) of boiling water over the infusion. Cover and let steep for 15 minutes. Strain and drink.
