INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Take one tablet half an hour before going to bed with a large glass of water (200 ml).

It is not addictive.

Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose.

Keep out of reach of small children.

Not recommended for children, pregnant women, or breastfeeding women. Not recommended for people taking antidepressants or suffering from kidney failure.

Do not drive or operate machinery for 4 to 5 hours after taking melatonin.

Do not use if you are allergic or hypersensitive to any of the components of the formula.
