Recommended daily intake

Adults: 5 g (approx. 4 teaspoons) daily.
The recommended daily dose contains 3000 mg of Cannabis Sativa L. and 2000 mg of Echinacea purpurea L.

Preparation method:

Place 1.5 teaspoons of dried herb (approx. 2 g) in a mug, pour 200 ml of hot water (95°C) over it. Cover and steep for approximately 7-10 minutes.
