Snoring is caused by air flowing through the nasal or oral cavity. During sleep, the tissues are relaxed and vibrate and oscillate in the stream of inhaled and exhaled air. Action of individual oils:

Rosemarinus officinalis – Rosemary. The oil extracted from the leaves is a general stimulant, relieves joint and muscle pain, and has a soothing effect on the liver and gallbladder.
Citrus limonum – Lemon. The fruit peel extract is antiseptic, antibacterial, and has many different uses - from oily skin to flu.
Citrus sinensis – Orange. The oil has antidepressant properties and gently calms down. Used in cases of depression and stress. It also has an antispasmodic effect.
Cymbopogon nardus – Lemongrass. The oil is extracted from the leaves and acts as an antiseptic, repels insects and has a calming effect.
Levandula angustifolia – Lavender. Flower oil is used for disinfection and as a medicinal substance - against flatulence, and as a sedative.
Citrus reticulata – Mandarin. The oil extracted from the peels has a soothing and calming effect and can alleviate digestive problems and insomnia.
Ocimum basilicum – Basil. Its oil has a refreshing and regenerating effect, it also has an antispasmodic effect on bronchial and digestive problems.
Coriandrum sativum – Coriander. The essential oil obtained from the fruit is used for flatulence, as an antispasmodic, and also helps with rheumatism.
Cupressus sempervirensis – Cypress. The essential oil obtained from leaves and fruits has a relaxing effect on the veins. It helps with colds, works against sweating, and repels insects.
Melissa officinaliss – Lemon balm. Lemon balm oil improves the ability to concentrate, calms down, can help with allergies and respiratory problems, and supports digestion.
Illicum verum – Star anise. The essential oil obtained from the fruit has expectorant, antispasmodic and carminative properties, and supports the functioning of the glands.
Menthol – Menthol. The characteristic component of mint oil has similar properties to mint, described above.

Instructions for use:
Just before going to bed, pour 2-3 drops of ADENOL on a clean tissue, put it to your nose and inhale deeply several times. Then put 4-5 drops of ADENOL on the pillow of the snoring person. For those who sleep on their backs, applying the preparation on their pajamas, near the face, may be an effective method. The preparation does not leave stains.
