Dosage

Adults and children from 12 years: 12 g - 1 tablespoon once a day. Children from 3 to 12 years: 5 g - less than 0.5 spoons once a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Recommended use

Use for 2 to 3 months. The treatment must be repeated 3 times a year, do not interrupt the treatment. Further use is also possible

Cartilage is 70% water bound in a gel of proteoglycans held in a network of collagen fibers. Therefore, follow the drinking regimen, optimal is to drink 0.03 l of pure water per kg of human weight to hydrate the articular cartilage.
