The name of this vitamin comes from the Greek word "panthos", which means: omnipresent. It is found everywhere in nature, but it is sometimes missing from our table. Modern foods such as white bread, canned goods and fried semi-finished products contain a very small amount of pantothenic acid.

Pantothenic acid contributes to healthy mental performance, proper metabolism, important for energy production and the reduction of exhaustion and fatigue. It also helps the synthesis and proper metabolism of steroid hormones, vitamin D and some neurotransmitters.

Mode of use

Recommended dose: Dissolve one tablet daily in the mouth.

Warnings: Not suitable for children, pregnant and lactating women. Excessive consumption may have laxative effects. Contains a source of phenylalanine. Nutritional supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. The established recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.
