How to use
It is recommended to take one capsule with breakfast, after a meal, and one capsule with dinner, after a meal, with plenty of water.

warnings
Do not consume a daily amount equal to or greater than 800 mg of epigallocatechin-3-gallate.
The product should not be consumed if other products containing green tea are consumed on the same day.
It should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women and minors under 18 years of age.
It should not be consumed on an empty stomach.
If the diet is followed for a prolonged period, more than three weeks, it is advisable to consult a doctor.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
