Recommended use:

• Use 1 rinse daily (morning)
• For prevention, use 1-2 rinses per week
• One rinse per day (in the morning). Preferably 1-2 rinses per week. Wash your hands thoroughly before using the product. Each bottle contains a dose already prepared for a building. Twist the top of the butterfly cap until it breaks and press the cannula onto the top of the bottle. Then insert the cannula into the vagina and squeeze the bottle, which should preferably be upside down. Gradually squeeze all the solution into the vagina

After rinsing, gently dry the outer parts without rinsing. Vaginal douches can be performed in different positions: sitting on the bidet or toilet, standing in the tub or in the shower, with one leg resting on the edge. Do not reuse the bottle and cannula after use and throw them away.
