PROPERTIES

Melagyn® is a gel with tea tree oil specifically designed for intimate hygiene and protection. It protects against infections that can occur during situations such as taking contraceptives or antibiotics, menstruation, pregnancy, postpartum, vaginal dryness, urinary incontinence, cystitis, before and after sexual intercourse, and more.

It is also indicated as an adjuvant in treatment with antifungals and antibiotics, to improve symptoms and help prevent recurrent infections.

COMPOSITION

Tea tree oil (Melaleuca alternifolia), 0.6%, has antiseptic properties against fungi and bacteria. It soothes itching and has a natural deodorizing effect. Contains mild surfactants, suitable for sensitive skin.

The effectiveness of tea tree oil is supported by multiple studies. Its pH of 8.5 acts as a protective shield to prevent germs from entering the vagina, as can occur during sexual intercourse or due to poor hygiene.

HOW TO USE

Wet the area, apply a lather and rinse thoroughly with water.

1 application per day for routine intimate hygiene 2 applications per day in the case of infectious processes
