Hair mineral analysis test

The hair mineral analysis examines your hair sample for the following parameters:

Minerals:

• Calcium, magnesium, potassium, sodium
• Phosphorus, copper, zinc, iron
• Manganese, chromium, selenium, cobalt
• Molybdenum, sulfur

• Arsenic, beryllium, mercury
• Cadmium, lead, aluminum
• uranium

• Germanium, barium, bismuth, rubidium
• Lithium, nickel, platinum, thallium
• Vanadium, strontium, tin, titanium
• Tungsten, Zirconium

The analysis provides an overview of which minerals and trace elements are detectable in your hair and in what quantities. This gives you a clear picture of the concentrations stored in your hair. The individual assessment and any potential consequences should then be discussed with a specialist.

For the analysis, the first 2–3 cm from the scalp are used, as this section reflects the most recent period. Please note: The sample should consist of undyed and untreated hair, as treatments that affect the hair in the long term (dyeing, perming, henna, etc.) can influence the measurement results.

The test can only be performed with head hair, as other body hair has a different composition and would therefore also influence the results.
