This prevents the proliferation of anaerobic bacteria that produce foul-smelling gases (CVS). HOW TO USE Clean the central part of the tongue, using the side of the cleaner with a protrusion. Hold the tongue cleaner by the handle so that the protrusion is at the bottom. Stick out your tongue and insert the tongue cleaner into your mouth, trying to reach the farthest part of the tongue. Drag the cleaner along the center of the tongue towards the front of the mouth. Rinse the cleaner with water. Clean the sides of the tongue using the smooth side of the cleaner. Rinse the cleaner after each stroke. Rinse with plenty of water when finished.
