How to use the paste

Apply the toothpaste to the toothbrush. Brush your teeth thoroughly for at least 2 minutes. It is recommended to use the paste at least twice a day, in the morning and in the evening. Spit out the excess toothpaste.

Contains: sodium fluoride 0.243% W/W (equivalent to 1100 ppm f.).
