A mixture according to the recipe of Andreas Moritz - recommended as a supplement to the so-called flushing of the liver and bile ducts using the Andreas Moritz method.

We recommend the mixture for:

• protection of the liver parenchyma
• improving digestion
• preventing gallstones and fighting small deposits
• restoring good functioning of the bile ducts and the gallbladder
• to improve lipid metabolism

Andreas Mortiz recommended using this mixture at each change of season, so on average once every 3 months.

Ingredients:

Burdock root bark – Berberis vulgaris (20 g)

English oak bark – Quercus robur (20g)

Fenugreek – Fumaria officinalis (20 g)

Licorice Smooth Root – Glycyrrhiza glabra (20g)

Common Dandelion Root – Taraxacum officinale (20g)

Milk thistle seeds - Silybum marianum (20 g)

Hairy root yam – Dioscorea villosa (20g)

Common agrimony plant – Agrimonia eupatoria (20 g)

Artichoke plant – Cynara scolymus (10 g)

How to use: Soak 2 tablespoons of herbs (approx. 8 g) overnight in 500 ml of water in a pot, bring to a boil in the morning and simmer for 10 minutes. and the stem. Drink twice a day before meals.
