Herbs Nerwicoziel 500g herbal mixture according to Father Klimuszko's recipe Zielarnia Suwalska

The recipe for the mixture was taken from the book "Wróćmy do herbów" (Let's Return to Medicinal Herbs) by Father Cz. Klimuszko. The author of the book listed the herbs as being useful for neurosis. The name of the mixture used in the book was "Hysteria," which was understood to mean "neurotic disease."

Klimuszko most often recommended drinking the herbs for an extended period. After a month of consumption, he recommended a one-week break, after which one should drink the herbs for another month, then a two-week break, and then drink again for another month. Klimuszko recommended steeping the herbs for up to three hours, then straining, gently warming them, and drinking them warm.

Ingredients in equal proportions:

• Angelica root – Archangelica officinalis
• Yarrow herb – Achillea millefolium
• Valerian rhizome – Valeriana officinalis
• Hop cone – Humulus lupulus
• Lavender flower – Lavandula angustifolia
• Mint leaf – Mentha piperita
• Rosemary leaf – Rosmarinus officinalis
• Lemon balm – Melissa officinalis
• Heather flower – Calluna vulgaris
• Woodruff herb – Galium odoratum
• Sweet flag rhizome – Acorus calamus

The package should last for about a month.

Store in a dry place.

Directions: Drink a glass of the infusion three times a day. Make each serving by pouring boiling water over a heaped tablespoon of the herbs and steeping, covered, for at least 30 minutes.
