Brow Soap Hulu is an innovative fixing product for creating perfect eyebrows. Using this product, you can easily create any shape or simply comb your hair in the desired direction. The product guarantees any eyebrow styling trend, depending on how the eyebrows are arranged. It provides a similar effect that can be achieved after eyebrow lamination.
Application: Gently take a small amount of product on the brush. Apply to dry eyebrows that are not covered with any product in an upward motion, lightly wax in the direction indicated, depending on the effect you want to achieve. Does not require water activation. Ready to use.
Note: If you apply too much product, a white layer may appear on the wax. Time setting approx.
