Low-osmolar oral rehydration solution (ORS) (245 mOsm/l H2O), formulated according to the recommendations of the World Health Organization (WHO) and the United Nations International Children's Emergency Fund (UNICEF). IDRATON 245® exploits the existence of an enterocyte sodium and glucose co-transport system, which remains intact during gastroenteritis. How to use
Severe dehydration: Dissolve 1 sachet in 200 ml of still water (5 sachets in 1 liter); drink 1 or 2 liters of fluid daily or as directed by your doctor. Follow the above ratio to achieve the correct electrolyte concentration (245 mOsm/l) . In other conditions of dehydration and/or intense salt and water loss and increased salt and water needs: Dissolve 2-3 sachets in a liter of water, drinking as desired.

Contraindications
Severe renal failure, severe heart failure, dynamic ileus.
