Description
Indian black tea, 100 bags, Belin
Properties:
Both green and black tea come from the same plant, but the difference between them lies in the method of processing. The black tea leaves are left to oxidize and finally, after fermentation, they end up with a dark color. They contain ingredients such as catechins, polyphenols and flavonoids that influence neurotransmitters in the brain, important in combating stress. The composition of tea contains amino acids, volatile oils, potassium, iodine, phosphorus, fluorine, vitamins B1, B2, C, PP and K. Black tea can successfully replace coffee because it contains caffeine, but in rather small amounts. But compared to green tea, black tea contains more caffeine, so it is recommended not to drink more than 2 cups a day, because it can cause insomnia, agitation and nervousness.
