Description

"Its new formula is composed of: A 2:1 glucose:fructose ratio: this combination of carbohydrates from maltodextrin and fructose contributes to the replenishment of both muscle and liver glycogen, both necessary for post-exercise recovery. High-quality protein from whey protein isolate (ISOLAC®) obtained through CFM (cross-flow microfiltration), rich in essential amino acids and low in fat. Protein is scientifically proven to contribute to maintaining and increasing muscle mass during periods of physical exertion. Up to 100% of the Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA) of vitamins A, D, E, C, and B complex, and the minerals magnesium, copper, manganese, and zinc. Up to 800mg of sodium in the RDA to promote rehydration after training and competition. The flavor comes from a natural aroma source, with no artificial sweeteners or colors. COMPLEX 3:1 RECOVERY is available in a 660g tub in a mixed berry flavor."

Instructions for use

Dissolve 5 scoops (60 g) in 400 ml of water and take within the first 30 minutes after exercise. Shake well to ensure the product is completely dissolved. Contains a mediator. RECOMMENDED DOSAGE: 60-120 g/day.

Ingredients

Maltodextrin, milk protein (whey protein isolate (ISOLAC®) and soy lecithin emulsifier), fructose, sodium citrate, magnesium salt of citric acid, natural flavorings, manganese sulfate, cupric sulfate, vitamin blend (L-ascorbic acid (Vitamin C), DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (Vitamin E), nicotinamide (Niacin), retinyl acetate (Vitamin A), calcium D-pantothenate (Pantothenic acid), pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6), riboflavin, thiamine hydrochloride (Thiamine), pteroylmonoglutamic acid (Folic acid), D-biotin (Biotin), cholecalciferol (Vitamin D), cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12)), beetroot concentrate, zinc sulfate.
