BETTER SLEEP dietary supplement is a tablet preparation containing DailyZz™ (a blend of mita and green tea extracts), magnesium, L-tryptophan, vitamins B6 and melatonin. The composition of the ingredients should ensure a better quality of sleep and improve functioning the next day. Magnesium and vitamin B6 will help reduce tiredness and fatigue, and melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to reproduce.
