What is Karazym?
Enzymes are protein compounds involved in all processes within a living organism. Enzymes are therefore also called biocatalysts .
The enzymes contained in KaRazym are protein-splitting enzymes (proteases) from plants (papayas, pineapples) and animals (pigs) . KaRazym tablets are coated with an enteric coating to protect the enzymes and their activity from stomach acid. The tablets dissolve in the small intestine, releasing the enzymes.
In the production of KaRazym , enzymes with high activity are used; the activity per tablet is crucial for assessing the quality.
