Properties:
- is an amino acid with sulfur content and antioxidant properties;
- it is important for the health of nails and hair as well as for the synthesis of taurine, L-cysteine, phosphatidylcholine (lecithin), iron, L-carnitine and endorphins;

Mode of administration:
