Instructions for use:Gently shake the Linola sept Antiviral Mouth and Throat Rinse and measure approximately 10–20 ml using the dosing cap. Shaking the mouthwash mixes the ingredients, causing the product to foam. Do not dilute the rinse. Gargle and rinse your mouth for 60 seconds. To reduce foaming, alternate between gargling in your throat and rinsing in your mouth. Do not swallow the product. Do not rinse your mouth and throat with water afterward. Clean the dosing cap after use.
