Ingredients
Bulking agent: dibasic calcium phosphate; L-arginine hydrochloride; thickeners: microcrystalline cellulose, sodium carboxymethylcellulose; anti-caking agents: vegetable stearic acid, magnesium stearate; glazing agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, polyethylene glycol.

It does not contain gluten .

How to use
Take one or two tablets daily with water.
