Properties:
Magnesium bath flakes, sometimes called magnesium bath salts, are a highly concentrated form of magnesium administration designed to be added to the bath. A gentle and effective method of magnesium supplementation is BetterYou magnesium flakes. - relax for 20 minutes. For a more intense experience you can increase the dose.
Foot bath:
- add 150 g of magnesium flakes to about 5 liters of water.
- relax for 20 minutes.
It is recommended that the magnesium bath becomes a ritual, a moment of relaxation, 2-3 times a week.
Ingredients:
Magnesium chloride (as magnesium chloride hexahydrate), lemon peel oil (Citrus lemon), rosemary oil (Rosmarinus officinalis), limonene, citral.
Precautions:
Magnesium flakes are very hygroscopic and absorb moisture from the air very quickly if you leave the packaging open. After opening the package, keep the contents in hermetically sealed bags away from moisture.
Warnings: For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not use on cracked skin or open wounds. Keep out of reach of children. At the first uses you may experience a tingling sensation on the skin. This could indicate low levels of magnesium in the body and is a result of rapid absorption of magnesium through the pores. Over time, the sensation disappears because absorption occurs immediately.
