Composition:
Composition for one capsule: magnesium 43.5 mg (12.4% of the recommended daily dose), vitamin B6 (pyrodoxine hydrochloride) 5 mg (100% of the recommended daily dose) and excipients.

Recommendations:
Equilibra food supplement is recommended to replace or supplement deficient magnesium due to a restrictive diet, malabsorption, digestive disorders such as vomiting or diarrhea, excessive alcohol consumption or certain situations such as: pregnancy, intense physical exertion, migraines, stress.

Before using Equilibra:
In the case of associated deficiency of calcium and magnesium, it is recommended to treat the magnesium deficiency before the calcium deficiency.

Precautions:
Administration of magnesium during pregnancy is recommended in case of confirmed deficiencies.
Due to the passage into breast milk, the administration of magnesium during breastfeeding will be avoided.
