Adults: 1-3 capsules per day.

For 1 capsule (765 mg): Liposomal magnesium/magnesium citrate on maltodextrin support, glycerol, phospholipids from sunflower lecithin, providing 57 mg magnesium, corn starch, pregelatinized corn starch, talc, colloidal silicon dioxide (anti-caking agents), liposomal vitamin B6 (pyridoxine)/pyridoxine hydrochloride on gum arabic support and sunflower lecithin, providing 1.4 mg pyridoxine.
The capsule contains hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.
