Food supplement.
Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to the normal functioning of the nervous system. It also contributes to normal psychological and muscle function and to the maintenance of healthy bones and teeth.
The formulation of Crono Magnesio Matt with 4 sources of magnesium allows for a double fast and delayed action, which ensures rapid release within 15 minutes and prolonged action for up to 8 hours after intake.

Ingredients
Bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, cellulose gel; hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, dicalcium phosphate; magnesium oxide, magnesium salts of citric acid, magnesium carbonate; anti-caking agents: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, cross-linked cellulose gum, silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; magnesium bisglycinate, vitamin D (cholecalciferol), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin).

Gluten free.

How to use
We recommend taking 1 or 2 tablets a day, with a glass of water.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Conservation
The product contains heat-sensitive vitamins: it is recommended to avoid exposure to heat sources or sudden changes in temperature, to store it away from light and at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.
The minimum durability date refers to the product correctly stored, in intact packaging.
