1. Wash your hands thoroughly before and after using this medical device.
2. Pierce the aluminum seal of the tube using the plug wedge.
3. Push the cannula piston all the way in to completely expel the air inside and screw it onto the tube.
4. Press the tube until the cannula is full.
5. Unscrew the cannula from the tube and close the tube with the cap.
6. To apply the gel, lie down, insert the end of the cannula into your vagina, and slowly squeeze the tube again to release the gel.
7. The product should be used by a single person only. After use, disassemble the cannula, remove the piston, and wash both thoroughly with hot water (do not immerse in boiling water) and soap or a neutral personal detergent.
8. At the end of washing, rinse carefully to avoid leaving soap residue. Allow to dry in a clean place. Reassemble the piston into the nozzle only after it has dried completely.
