What are Medicomp ^® Extra 10 cm x 10 cm compresses made of?

Medicomp ^® Extra Hartmann ^® compresses have been enriched with two additional layers for greater absorption. They are very soft and allow air to pass through, ensuring proper wound healing. Each compress was made of silk and polyester fibers and then sealed in a separate package to maintain sterility. 6 layers of dressing ensure adequate protection against microorganisms and moisture. The breathable material allows air to pass through without disrupting the skin's natural functions.

The tablets do not contain binding agents or optical brighteners. The non-woven material is bonded purely mechanically. Medicomp ^® Extra can be cut freely. Compresses do not crumble and do not have loose threads.
