Use

Pour 1 infusion bag with 0.25 l of boiling water and leave to infuse for 5-10 minutes in a covered container. It does not need to be cooked. The infusion is drunk warm 1-3 times a day. It is always prepared fresh.

Not intended for children under 12 years, pregnant and lactating women. The established recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. It should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of small children.
