Mode of administration:
Adults: 1 capsule per day, at dinner. It is not a product intended for children's consumption

Active ingredients per capsule:
Coenzyme Q10 - 50 mg, monacolin K – 2.99 mg and vitamin D3/cholecalciferol – 5 mcg/ 100%NRV*.

Precautions:
