How to use
For adults aged 50 and over, the recommended dose is one tablet per day, even between meals, to be swallowed with water. It is easy to swallow; all you need is a glass of water. If necessary, the tablet can be divided into two halves for easier administration.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Conservation
Store in a dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C, in the tightly closed original packaging. Do not use if the aluminum foil of the bottle is damaged when opening the cap.
