My Good Digestion is a specially formulated blend designed to support the digestive system , and consequently, the immune system, and overall body balance. The organic mushroom extracts used include Lion's Mane, Shiitake, and Oyster Mushroom , selected by our mentor, Professor Bożena Muszyńska.

We especially recommend the mixture to people who:

Gut health is closely linked to the strength of the immune system, so by caring for the stomach and intestines, we support the strength and immunity of the entire body. The mushroom extracts used in this blend are designed not only to enhance digestive health but also to support intestinal regeneration and protect it from harmful factors.

Lion's Mane (Hericium, Lion's Mane) contains valuable ingredients such as polysaccharides, hericenones, and erinacins, which support the digestive system and help maintain healthy intestinal microflora. It also supports the proper functioning of the nervous system, making it recommended for sensitive guts that respond strongly to stress.

Oyster mushrooms, thanks to their beta-glucan content, help maintain healthy cholesterol levels and support liver function. They also provide excellent support in the fight against free radicals.

Shiitake contains a valuable ingredient called lentinan. This stimulates white blood cell activity and supports the body in fighting infections. Additionally, eritadenine and choline enhance the transport of fat to the liver and the breakdown of fatty acids in the liver, while enzymes such as amylase and cellulase support the digestive system.

The functional blend was developed in collaboration with Professor Bożena Muszyńska, who has been researching the therapeutic use of mushrooms for over thirty years and is a great advocate for them!

Our organic dietary supplement has a simple composition: extracts from the most valuable functional parts of mushrooms, the mushroom pericarp, and… that's it! We produce it in Poland, using raw materials sourced from organic farms and tested for quality.

Ingredients: in 1 gram, i.e. the recommended daily dose: 500mg Hericium erinaceus (30% polysaccharide extract), 250mg Pleurotus ostreatus (30% polysaccharide extract), 250mg Lentinula edodes (30% polysaccharide extract).

Recommended daily intake :

1 gram (two heaped scoops) per day - preferably during the day or in the evening, with a meal, e.g. as an addition to a summer drink or dish.

Precautions: This dietary supplement is not intended for children under 3 years of age, pregnant or breastfeeding women. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
