Nigari is a coagulant rich in trace elements that helps in the preparation of tofu. It is the liquid resulting when salt is extracted from seawater. It is prepared according to traditional methods, by drying in the sun and does not contain impurities or chemicals.
After opening, the product will be stored in a glass container.
Ingredients: Magnesium chloride 97%, trace elements present in sea salt.
