Valerian root dry extract (Valeriana officinalis L.) (0.4% valerenic acids); Bulking agent: Calcium hydrogen phosphate; Passionflower herb dry extract (Passiflora incarnata L.) (2% flavonoids); Hawthorn leaf and flower dry extract (Crataegus monogyna Jacq. and/or Crataegus laevigata (Poir) DC) (2% flavonoids); Potato starch; Stabilizer: Hydroxypropylcellulose; Anti-caking agent: Silicon dioxide; Stabilizers: Crosslinked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, Magnesium stearate, Polyvinylpyrrolidone; Anti-caking agent: Talc; Coating agent: Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; Humectant: Glycerin; Vanilla flavor.

Per 1 tablet:

ES: Valerian root: 500 mg

EN: Passionflower herb: 100 mg

ES: leaves and flowers Hawthorn: 100 mg

ES= dry extract.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

To facilitate relaxation: Take one tablet a day at any time of day.

To help you fall asleep: Take one tablet 1 or 2 hours before bedtime.
