How does eye nutrition work?

The eyes are a sensory organ that we often overload by reading in low light conditions, driving at night, working for a long time in front of a monitor, but they are also affected by, for example, smoking or drinking alcohol. This often leads to the formation of free radicals, which can weaken our vision. A complex metabolic exchange allows us to see, which only works properly if there is a sufficient supply of the necessary nutrients. Therefore, it is advisable to supplement the eye protection system with substances that are beneficial for vision. They are antioxidants (zinc, selenium, copper), carotenoids (mainly lutein, zeaxanthin and vitamin A).

Why take OCUTEIN BRILLANT Lutein 25 mg?

It contains phosphatidylcholine, which improves the absorption and use of lutein in the body

Contributes to the protection of cells against oxidative damage (zinc, copper, selenium)

Contributes to maintaining normal quality of vision (vitamin A, zinc)

Complete eye nutrition

NATURAL CAROTENOID COMPLEX and ANTIOXIDANT COMPLEX

It is recommended to strengthen the eyes with carotenoids (mainly lutein, zeaxanthin, vitamin A), which are a natural part of the eye pigment of the retina, and antioxidants that contribute to the protection of cells against oxidative damage (zinc, copper, selenium). ). Both groups of substances in the preparation OCUTEIN® BRILLANT Lutein 25 mg contain:

• NATURAL CAROTENOID COMPLEX (lutein, zeaxanthin, vitamin A). Carotenoids contribute to strengthening the defense system of the eye, absorb ultraviolet radiation and thus contribute to protecting the sensitive cellular structure from oxidative changes.
• ANTIOXIDANT COMPLEX (zinc, copper and selenium). UV and ionizing radiation are sources of free radicals that can damage the membranes and proteins in the lens. Antioxidants have the ability to neutralize free radicals.

Customer evaluation

For me, the biggest plus of these vitamins is the amount of lutein they contain. Lutein is generally very difficult to obtain from the normal diet, while it is a substance that is very beneficial for eye health. It is a perfect product for prevention.

I am very satisfied with the mentioned product, I recommend it to anyone who works long hours at the computer.

Recommended dose

1 capsule per day, preferably with a meal.
