Cod liver oil is a natural source of omega-3 acids, including eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). In addition, cod liver oil can supplement your daily diet with vitamin A and vitamin D. An extremely important active ingredient of the capsules is also vitamin C in the form of L-ascorbic acid.

Vitamins A, C and D help keep the immune system working properly. At the same time, vitamin C plays a role in protecting cells against oxidative stress. It is also necessary to maintain adequate collagen production to ensure the proper functioning of bones, teeth and cartilage. Vitamin D additionally supports the maintenance of healthy bones. Vitamin A helps to maintain correct vision.

Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) contribute to the proper functioning of the heart. The beneficial effect occurs when 250 mg of EPA and DHA are consumed per day.

The Gold-Vit ^® C + Tran package contains 30 capsules, which will provide you with a month of daily supplementation, especially recommended in autumn and winter, when it is important to maintain proper immunity.
