Omega-3 fish oil capsules provide a supplementary source of omega-3 fatty acids. These supplements are not intended as a substitute for a balanced diet and should be part of a healthy lifestyle. EPA and DHA, the fatty acids contained in the capsules, support normal heart function.
It is recommended to take one capsule in the morning and one in the evening. Swallow the capsule whole with plenty of liquid during or after meals. Be sure not to exceed the recommended daily intake.
Safe storage requires cool temperatures between 6 and 25 °C and protection from light. Keep the product out of reach of small children.
