1 capsule contains 330 mg of long-chain omega-3 fatty acids (180 mg EPA and 130 mg DHA) in 600 mg salmon oil and 400 mg omega-3 concentrate from marine fish such as sardines and anchovies, as well as 20 mg extra virgin olive oil, 7.2 mg vitamin E from plant-based raw materials and 1.25 µg vitamin D (cholecalciferol).
