Gluten-free bramata organic corn flour, 500 g, Baule Volante
Italian bramata corn flour is a coarsely ground flour.
Features:
- Perfect for polenta or for dishes with a more rustic and grainy consistency;
- It is also excellent used as breadcrumbs;
- Gluten-free product.
How to use:
Bring 2 liters of water to a boil and add salt, slowly pour in the flour, stirring over high heat until everything thickens.
After 40 minutes, remove from heat and serve.
Storage method:
Store in a dry and cool place, away from light sources.
