Finally a vegan, organic, low-fat alternative to traditional or plant-based whipped cream.
Just add natural soy drink, beat for 5 minutes and get vegan whipped cream.
Perfect for desserts, cakes, coffee or fruit salads.
Particularly tasty combined with crunchy flakes, marzipan, almond paste or nuts.

Method of preparation:
Pour 125 ml of pre-chilled soy drink into a tall bowl.
Add the contents of the bag and beat with the mixer for 5 minutes at the highest speed. Serve cold.
If you keep the cream for more than an hour in the refrigerator, beat it with the mixer for 1 minute before serving.

Attention:
The cream is whipped only with natural soy drink (ingredients: water, soybeans), without other additions (eg calcium, vanilla, omega 3)! With other vegetable drinks (eg rice, almond), milk, cream or creams, it cannot be beaten.

Suggestion:
You can get colored cream by adding Biovegan coloring or carob powder.
Add the desired color at the end of the preparation and continue to beat with the mixer until homogeneous.
