Properties:
Algamar brand seaweed is all wild seaweed, harvested from the unpolluted coasts of the Galicia region of Spain. There are also cultured seaweeds, but they cannot be compared qualitatively and nutritionally with wild ones. Another great advantage of Algamar wild algae is that they are far from radiation sources. A reddish seaweed, used by the Celts for its high content of Vitamin C. It is rich in phosphorus and proteins. Ideal raw in salads and snacks, even without prior soaking!

Method of preparation:
- raw: add to salads, it can be added without soaking, if you still want to soak it beforehand, 2 minutes is enough.
- cooking: in soups or quick meals, just rinse them with water and add them at the end. It can be added to rice, millet, quinoa, amaranth, pasta, couscous, etc.
